We want you to be satisfied with SnapForm. If you are not happy with your paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receiving a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your forms and submission data, but will be subject to Free plan limits.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
