Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with SnapForm. If you are not happy with your paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at plumcookingwine@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Plan Downgrade
Upon receiving a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your forms and submission data, but will be subject to Free plan limits.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window (unless special circumstances apply)
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial month usage after the refund window
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
