SnapForm provides a form backend service that allows you to collect form submissions from any website without writing backend code. We offer both free and paid plans with different feature levels.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Submit or collect data that violates any law or regulation
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Plan limits (such as submission quotas) are enforced according to your current plan.

You retain ownership of all data submitted through your forms. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect the data submitted through your forms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

SnapForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
